From our A-rated insurance to our thorough cleaning processes, you can rest assured that the gear you rent from BabyQuip will be clean and safe.

Trust and safety are earned everyday by our 3,000 on-the-ground

providers. These amazing moms, dads, grandparents and best friend teams make

our business possible. They are required to complete extensive and ongoing

training regarding safety standards as well as cleaning procedures, and are

required to pass thorough background checks before becoming a QP.

Along with the baby gear they provide, they are being regularly monitored to

make sure they uphold our brand standards with each and every delivery.

In the rare event that someone gets hurt, or their property is damaged during

a covered rental, you may be protected with up to $1,000,000 USD in liability

insurance. Insurance is an important differentiator between BabyQuip and other

baby gear rental companies and is provided on all our rentals.

Every QP has a profile to help customers get to know a little bit about them

and exactly where they deliver. You can also see their number of successful

deliveries, reviews, and items for rent. QPs provide traveling families with a

safe, clean, informed and positive baby gear rental experience.

Rental items and equipment are inspected and deep cleaned by Quality Providers

after every pickup and then inspected and cleaned again before the next

delivery. We recommend that QPs use parent-approved, organic and/or non-toxic

cleaners to keep your baby safe. Feel free to reach out to your QP with any

questions about specific products or cleaning processes used.

If a BabyQuip customer is involved in a motor vehicle accident with a car seat

provided by a Quality Provider and the car seat is damaged or deemed unusable

by the manufacturer, a replacement will be issued to the QP by BabyQuip. We

The BabyQuip Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damage or loss to the Quality Provider’s gear (up to $1,000) during your rental. We understand that sometimes things happen and we want the gear to be replaced and safe for the next family.

Cancel For Any Reason is a new optional program that offers customers the greatest level of flexibility and peace of mind with their baby gear rental reservation. Customers who purchase Cancel For Any Reason are protected when plans change unexpectedly due to illness, weather events, airline cancellations, etc.
